1. Digital Product Sales – No Returns

All products sold through our store are digital goods delivered via direct download.
In accordance with § 356 (5) BGB (German Civil Code), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has started — provided you consented to this and acknowledged the waiver during checkout.

By completing your purchase, you expressly:

  • Consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content

  • Acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins

This policy ensures fast and secure delivery of your purchase, while also aligning with German and EU consumer laws.

2. Refunds Policy

Since our digital products are delivered instantly and are non-returnable:

  • Refunds are not granted for reasons such as:

    • Change of mind

    • Incompatibility with your system

    • Accidental purchase

    • Download issues caused by your local setup (e.g., browser, firewall, etc.)

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Technical issues on our end that prevent product access

  • A product was materially misrepresented (e.g., differs significantly from the listing description)

In such cases, contact us within 7 days of purchase at [your support email], including:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Any relevant evidence (e.g., screenshots, system error)

We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
